Purpose of the Role: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst-Organisational Change to support the development and implementation of a new Centre of Expertise. This role requires a strong background in process mapping, job role mapping, business design, and stakeholder management, with a preference for candidates experienced in financial services. The successful candidate will drive organisational change, supporting job realignment, process optimisation, and the development of operating models to support business growth.
