Role Purpose:
The Financial & Operations Director will oversee daily financial, administrative, and operational domains, including claims, fleet & transport management. Responsibilities cover business continuity, regulatory compliance, and leadership within the executive team to foster an ethical, people, and customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial and operational strategy development and execution in collaboration with CFO and MD.
  • Formulate and implement operational resilience policies along with a cyber-resilient strategy.
  • Lead financial and operational projects and initiatives.
  • Develop long-term strategies in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Promote emerging technologies and practices for enhanced efficiency and customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, standards, and policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACA/FCA/CGMA qualification with 10+ years of experience.
  • Previous senior management or board-level experience for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Comprehensive financial and operational experience in B2B settings.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and project management skills.
  • Relevant knowledge in insurance products, claims handling, fleet management, and business analysis.
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365; ITIL and/or Six Sigma certification desirable.
