A prominent Insurance Broker is actively seeking to hire a Personal Lines Account Handler for its very successful High Net Worth Clients team.

You will be providing a full advisory service to VIP clients across all classes of Personal Lines business.

If you have knowledge of specific Insurance products, you will be given the full training required to be able to advise on the other products.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a confident phone demeanour and communicate clearly.
• Prioritise providing exceptional service to customers, who are often Directors with other business interests in the Company, while understanding their Insurance needs to offer the best possible solutions.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills to secure competitive quotations and effectively convey the advantages of your proposed options to clients.
• Manage both new and existing business, identifying opportunities to upsell for the benefit of your clients.
