Corporate Finance Associate

Morgan McKinley is pleased to be supporting our Swindon based client in the recruitment of a Corporate Finance Associate to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified accountant to move into Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out due diligence work and prepare draft reports.
• Create and review financial models, and prepare reports.
• Researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches, with involvement in business development activities.
• Preparing transaction documentation - business plans, information memorandum and financial forecasts.
• Researching and approaching potential buyers / sellers for clients.
• Developing business plans and financial forecasts, with involvement in business valuations, exit planning, fund raising
• Supporting the team in marketing activity
• Building strong working relationships with clients

Key skills and attributes:

• Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Ability to work within a team
• Take responsibility for own work
• Work as part of a team but also work autonomously
• Passionate about delivering results
• Attention to detail
• Strong people skills - ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders

• Starting salary of 50,000 with uncapped earning potential
