We have a very busy payroll bureau and an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join the team based in our Chard office. Working at Lentells is varied, challenging and rewarding; we believe in supporting staff with both personal and professional development so that they can achieve their career goals and objectives The Payroll Assistant role is full time based in our Chard office, however part time applications will be considered. All payrolls are processed on Iris Payroll Professional, therefore, experience of this software is desirable, however, applicants from individuals with alternative software experiences are very welcome. The main duties of this role include:
The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 2 years payroll experience and processing payroll for a range of clients (ideally bureau experience). A Good working knowledge of all areas of payroll (Calculating statutory payments, Auto-enrolment, Employment allowance) RTI and current HMRC reporting requirements. All applicants MUST be eligible to work in the UKm and integrity. Essential Requirements: Logical, well organised with good time management skills. Computer literate; able to use various software packages. Good attention to detail and able to use initiative. Able to work well both in a team and independently. Good level of both written and verbal communication skills. Able to provide client service excellence and demonstrate professionalis. Benefits include:
