The Director of Finance Role: We are looking for a dynamic ACA, CIMA, or ACCA-qualified finance leader for the pivotal role of Director of Finance, who can shape and drive financial strategy while providing strong leadership and operational excellence. In this role, you ll take full ownership of financial accounting, operational finance, and reporting across all UK legal entities, playing a critical part of our continued success. This is a permanent, hybrid role and you must be prepared and willing to be in office 3 days per week in Farnborough with monthly travel to Bristol and Derby and infrequent international travel to Europe and USA. As our Director of Finance, you ll have the opportunity to make a real impact in a rapidly growing technology business. You ll be at the forefront of shaping our UK finance function, playing a strategic role in driving financial success while leading a talented team.
