A client of ours in the Kelvedon area are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm and paying 26,000 - 35,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Monitor and manage the credit control process to ensure timely collections.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and written correspondence to address outstanding invoices and discuss payment terms.
Resolve billing issues and disputes efficiently, ensuring smooth payment processes.
Maintain accurate client records, including payment histories and credit limits.
Collaborate with the finance team to produce regular reports on outstanding debts and cash flow.
Build strong relationships with clients to promote effective communication and proactive credit management.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Credit Controller position:
Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar accountancy role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
