| Description: | Key Responsibilities of the Interim Finance Business Partner: Liaise with executives and functional leaders to understand cost drivers. Produce detailed reports offering insights for budget owners. Maintain a phased full-year forecast. Ad-Hoc Financial Activities: Engage in price variance analysis, cost amendments and process mapping.Requirements: A recognised professional accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, or similar). A must have is past council experience Significant experience in financial reporting and a proven record of continuous improvement. Strong analytically, interpersonal, and communication skills.
