• Proven experience in project or program management, particularly in the pensions or platforms sector.
• Strong understanding of pensions-related regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing project teams effectively.
• Ability to develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are advantageous.
