Our client, is currently seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team in Bristol. This permanent role offers flexible work-from-home days, although you will be required on site 60% of the month, equalling around three days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate financial reporting packages and provide counsel to program managers on variances
Baseline development and maintenance, performance management and estimate at complete development and analysis
Implement, monitor, report and analyse program budget and/or schedule
Perform earned value management including implementation, maintenance, reporting and analysis
Organise cost and/or schedule date for monthly program reviews
Complete analyse date for monthly forecast review including orders, sales, operating income and cash
Participate in presentations and group discussions at internal and external financial / schedule meetings
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the organisation to maintain a positive and productive work environment
Perform other duties as required
Job Requirements:
Experience in finance with a strong understanding of financial principles
Minimum part-qualified
Hold previous Finance Business Partnering experience
Proficiency in financial analysis and financial modelling
Ability to develop and manage budgets and forecasts
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Relevant finance qualification or equivalent experience
