Property Credit Analyst

This well respected City based Bank are looking to strengthen their Property Finance Credit team. Initially on a contract assignment, interested candidates must have proven Residential Development Property Credit work experience. Duties will include:- Reviewing new credit proposals with a view of maintaining the quality of the bank's Property Development Loan book. Presenting applications to credit committee, checking facility letters, and perform due diligence on credit approved loans prior to drawdown. Strong Excel skills and excellent communication skills are required. Full benefits apply.
