Provide administrative support to partners and the wider team
Monitor inboxes and respond to any new queries regarding tenders
Conducting conflict checks
Formatting documentation and submitting
Raising invoices
Support the wider team in organising and preparing documentation and finalising any correspondence
Copy typing
Conducting KYC checks
What you'll need to succeed
Ability to travel into the office 2-3 days a week
Strong advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word
Previous admin experience within a professional service environment
