Job Purpose: Finance Manager

• Providing a comprehensive financial management and business support service to the organisation
• Responsible on a day-to-day basis for the management of a small team
• Providing financial planning, reporting, training and business support to the organisation

Main responsibilities: Finance Manager

• Co-ordinate and manage the process of annual budget setting
• Monitoring and reporting upon potential financial risks and risk minimisation strategies
• Monitor and forecast expenditure trends/budgetary performance
• Develop and maintain systems
• Financial Reporting
• Producing business cases
• Staff management and training

Essential Criteria: Finance Manager

• Management accounting experience
• Significant experience in large organisations
