Are you a Tax accountant with a focus on personal tax in general practice wanting to work in an easy going, out of the rat-race, with stable growth practice?

Do you want to be a lead tax practitioner for the practice leading a small team, servicing your clients while maintaining a good work life balance, working in a settled environment that encourages tenure with the business with the opportunity for growth across the business?

On offer is an opportunity to join an established general finance practice, where they support your career while maintaining a work life balance, Hybrid 1 day at home per week, work with small and medium sized clients, lead a small team and can develop the tax department.

In this role you will be completing tax returns, tax compliance and other personal tax queries for a range of clients.
The ideal candidate is a Tax Accountant from large practice, medium or small practice wanting greater autonomy, wanting to complete their ATT or CTA and wanting to live and be based in Stamford Lincolnshire for a great work life balance.

The Role:

• Personal Tax Compliance.
• Trust Tax, Partnership, Sole Proprietors, Directors
• Consult closely with clients.

The Person:

• ACA/ACCA/ATT/CTA qualified or part qualified
• UK personal tax knowledge
• UK Practice Experience
• Wanting work life balance
• Based commutable distance to Stamford in Lincolnshire
