This isn t your typical underwriting role you ll be actively involved across various areas of the business, supporting the Director, and helping to drive new business growth. Location: Manchester, with hybrid or full remote options available

About the Role:

• Underwrite a range of loans, including bridging and commercial loans, seeing each case from start to finish with a meticulous approach.
• Support in daily operations, taking on diverse tasks as needed to ensure seamless operations.
• Engage with Brokers to build relationships, generate sales, and open doors to new business opportunities.
• Portfolio management

What We re Looking For:

• Experience: At least 2 years of underwriting experience, ideally with a background in bridging and commercial finance.
• Adaptable Mindset: Willing to step into various roles within the business, from front-end to back-end support.
• Relationship Builder:Comfortable engaging with brokers, building valuable client relationships, and spotting new business opportunities
• Positive, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
