Description:

Role Purpose

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you are responsible for contributing to and executing the brand strategy, positioning, and messaging for LifeSearch and our products and services - ensuring alignment with our brand purpose and business objectives.

You will help create and deliver impactful campaigns for consumers and LifeSearch/partner customers, to drive greater awareness and engagement.

Your primary purpose is to enable and support profitable revenue growth for LifeSearch - always acting to protect people properly and ensure best possible customer outcomes.

Essential

  • At least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the financial services, with a proven track record of success. Protection space would be an advantage.
  • Passionate about the brand and the customer, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
  • Experience in planning, running and evaluating integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms
  • Experience in running social media presence, post and content creation, and performance evaluation.
  • Reporting to the Head of Brand & Partner Marketing and working closely with the wider marketing team, digital and sales teams you will deliver consistent and engaging brand communications, content and assets across all channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and campaign performance.
  • Experience in managing and dealing with external agencies and suppliers.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, digital, operations and with external suppliers/partners.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in using various marketing tools and platforms, such as Hubspot, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, WordPress, etc.

Desirable

  • Advanced level qualification in Marketing, or equivalent fields.
  • Experience in developing and running social media across multiple channels and platforms
  • Understanding of content management and disciplines, and platforms/tools.
