A small prestigious international bank has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join its busy private banking dept focused on their retail clients. Your duties will cover:
Being contact point for an assigned portfolio of existing retail clients and ensuring all their banking requirements are met, anticipating clients needs and cross selling bank products
Assist with smooth/speedy onboarding of new accounts
Ensure delivery of credit/debit cards
CDD/EDD updates
Back-office processing
Your experience must include:
Proven relevant private banking experience gained within international banking, ideally with clients focused on real estate investments
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to multitask and good problem-solving skills
Fluency in Arabic is also essential
This role will be working 5 days a week in the London office
