Description

• Handle payroll processing for all employees accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with the HR department for any changes affecting payroll.
• Prepare regular payroll reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations.
• Respond to employee queries relating to payroll.
• Coordinate with the finance team for payroll-related financial tasks.
• Assist in the review and improvement of payroll systems and processes.
• Participate in audits relating to payroll and employee data.

Profile

A successful Payroll Generalist should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and financial software.
• Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and practices.
• Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team and independently when required.
