Temporary accounts Administrator

We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Temporary Accounts Administrator to join this company for a temporary placement. This role is based on the outskirts of Ipswich and offers a great opportunity to work within a dynamic finance team, using your accounting skills to support their daily operations.

Your day-to-day duties include;

• Managing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and efficiently.
• Reconciling bank statements and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to resolve financial queries.

We are seeking a candidate with proven experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role. You should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
