The Role

The Risk and Compliance Manager will be responsible for developing and ensuring compliance with risk-related policies and procedures, providing expert advice to the business, and supporting the legal team. Key Responsibilities of the Risk and Compliance Manager:

• Develop and manage an internal audit programme
• Identify improvements to the risk and compliance framework
• Provide training and support on risk identification and regulatory compliance

• Coordinate annual reviews of legal and regulatory risk matrices

Required knowledge and experience for the Risk and Compliance Manager role:

• Appropriate risk management and/or compliance experience or qualification
• Good knowledge of data protection law and GDPR
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Adaptability and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
