A client of ours in the Kelvedon area is recruiting an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and paying 25,000 - 28,000 per annum depending on skills and experience. This is a new role due to business growth and will be working in a finance team of 4.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Answering Incoming calls
Assisting in client queries
Liaising with suppliers
Processing new business applications
Credit checking
Processing payments
Chasing overdue debt
Reconciling supplier invoices
Daily bank reconciliation
Invoicing
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Accounts Assistant position:
Accuracy and excellent attention to detail
Experience in using Sage 50 (desirable)
Proficient with the Microsoft Office packages
Previous experience working in an accountancy role
