A confident and competent individual with several years' experience working in a busy Accountancy Practice
Working closely with new clients and understanding needs whilst being a contact for current.
Delegate work to Junior Staff and work with their mentoring and development
Able to work on individual clients and report to the Partners.
Interaction with clients daily by phone, email and face to face meetings.
Assisting the Partners with portfolio management tasks and ensuring that deadlines are met.
Assisting the firm with mentoring of Semi Senior/Senior staff.
Working closely with other Managers within the business.
The flexibility to help in other areas to ensure the smooth running of what is a busy Practice.
Prior use of Iris Accounting suite, Sage, Xero & Microsoft office would be useful, but not essential.
