Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor

Salary: 24-26k (BOE) + bonus + commission. Salary increase to 30K after 12 months (based on performance)

Location: Cannock

Our client who is a specialist mortgage broker with over 20 years in the market is offering a great opportunity for somebody to progress into a mortgage adviser position all while on a strong basic and good commission.

This role would involve the occasional weekend.

The company are happy to fund the CeMAP qualification.

Trainee Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

• Recording and updating the lead enquiries on our database
• Conducting fact finds
• Emailing a confirmation of appointment to the client
• Liaising with the mortgage lender, client, valuer and solicitor and keeping the mortgage advisor informed
• Learning from the Mortgage Advisors and widening their knowledge and skills
• Taking daily direction and guidance from the Mortgage Advisors

Requirements to become a Trainee Mortgage Advisor;

• CeMAP qualified would be ideal but not essential
• Mortgage or financial experience required
• You must be able to commute to Cannock as this is a fully office-based role
