In this role, you ll work closely with clients, providing expert guidance on managing their finances through strategic cash flow planning and offering ongoing, reliable support. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to understand client needs and recommend the most suitable products and services to achieve their financial goals.

Salary package on offer for the role of Financial Advisor:

• £45,000 - £70,000 Basic Salary
• £100,000+ OTE
• Bonus Structure

Working Hours:

• Monday Friday
• Office or home-based dependent on location

Requirements for this Financial Advisor role:

• Level 4 Diploma
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills
• The capability to explain complex information simply and clearly
• The ability to network and establish relationships with clients
• A target-driven mindset

Responsibilities of the Financial Advisor are:

• Arranging client appointments
• Managing and maintaining client relationships
• Growing a successful client book
• Conducting annual client reviews
• Maintaining high professional standards
