Field Based in the Southeast

Our client is a leading manufacturer of corrugated cardboard boxes, located in Essex. With a 65,000 sq ft box conversion plant, they have established themselves as one of the prominent players in the Southeast packaging industry. The company benefits from an integrated paper supply within its own group, allowing them to provide cost-effective packaging solutions without relying on external corrugated board suppliers. Specialising in the manufacture of corrugated cardboard boxes and packaging solutions including high volume corrugated cases and printed eCommerce packaging, they target retailers, manufacturers, distributors and ecommerce, logistics and supply chain companies.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be focusing on the below tasks:

• Demonstrable success in achieving sales targets and bringing in new business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while also being part of a team.
• Achieve a minimum of 300k in new business during the first year, with the opportunity to exceed this depending on performance.

2 to 3 years of experience in a new business development role, preferably in the corrugated packaging sector.

50K as a basic salary, uncapped commission, company car, Laptop, company phone, pension contribution and 22 days holiday.
