Key Responsibilities of the Motor Claims Handler:

• Taking details of new claims and managing existing ones
• Building relationships with referrers
• Providing consistent high-level service to clients
• Investigating and identifying potential fraudulent cases
• Ensuring clients return to their pre-accident position

Required knowledge and experience for the Motor Claims Handler role:

• Motor claims experience (Essential )
• Credit hire experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (experience with Pro Claim system preferred)
