Description: | Building a sustainable tomorrow BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Administrator. This position will involve a mixture of working from home and our Hemel Hempstead office. BAM operates a flexible working policy. Your mission Work as part of a small team with a varied workload to ensure the timely, efficient processing and collection of Accounts Receivables across UK&I. Engage closely with all stakeholders and in particular project staff and customers to ensure requests for invoices/authenticated receipts are raised and subsequently collected and allocated in a timely manner.
Who are we looking for? You will be required to have worked within the construction industry. Ideally you are in or have been in an Accounts Receivable role. You have strong administrative skills, with the emphasis on accuracy rather than speed. You should have effective communication skills to be able to liaise with other departments / clients in a professional manner at all levels and most importantly be an enthusiastic collaborator who takes pride in their work. • Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel/Word and knowledge of SAP, COINS, AI, Concept, Livelink and Direct Device would be advantageous.
