The Role: As a Finance Officer, you ll support international payables and receivables operations:
  • Process contractor payments and client invoices using automated systems
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile data across platforms
  • Handle credit control, ensuring timely client payments and reducing outstanding debt
  • Build client relationships, handling queries, and conducting credit checks
  • Report to the Financial Controller, assisting with ad-hoc projects and team coverage
The Successful Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a finance department within a recruitment company or a similar fast-paced environment is desired
  • Detail-oriented and skilled at identifying and resolving errors
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems quickly
  • Strong communicator, capable of managing client-facing interactions
  • Enthusiastic about process improvements and being part of a collaborative team
