Our client is a leading financial planning and wealth management M&A intermediary based in the heart of London.
They are looking for hungry, ambitious, motivated individuals to join a small but fast-growing team. The core focus is sourcing and structuring opportunities for both buy-side and sell-side clients. These clients range from financial planning firms, wealth management businesses, private equity funds, or private investors.
About the role:
The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter. The role's primary responsibility is prospecting, building relationships with new and existing clients, and arranging appointments. It is a performance-based environment, so the payment structure combines a basic salary plus a bonus based on your targets. You will provided full training and support, but you must be confident on the phone and not afraid to make calls.

Responsibilities:
Prospecting:
Prospect new clients for appointments
Schedule meetings for team members with prospects
You will be targeted on successful diarised appointments
Client relationship management:
Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
Operations & teamwork:
Maintain a detailed and organised pipeline
Communicate initial details gained from the prospect to the appropriate team members before their meeting
Track all activities in our CRM system
Work with other team members to optimise our efforts
About you:
Degree-level education is essential. Ideally, in a finance-related field, but not essential
Personal interest and aptitude for financial topics is a plus
Punctual and reliable
Self-starter
Curious and open to learning
Team player, and you enjoy building relationships with new people
A client-first mindset - look after the client correctly, and you will be looked after too
