The role: To serve as the Head of Investment and Capital Management for the Ki Group. The primary purpose of the role is to oversee the Investment and Treasury activity of the Group, with wider responsibilities for Liquidity, Credit risk and Capital Management. You'll be responsible for obtaining Board approval and managing the Strategic Asset Allocation, including execution of the SAA and the ongoing management of the Investment portfolio. You'll also be accountable for the total risk profile of the portfolios staying within the tolerance accepted by the board(s). About you: You'll be an individual with extensive experience in investment management across various sectors such as insurance, pensions, and fund management. You'll possess the ability to make strategic decisions regarding asset management and demonstrate agility in seizing business opportunities, even in challenging circumstances. This role requires effective communication skills with senior stakeholders, including the Board and Executive Management Committee, and a thorough understanding of industry regulations. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with team members, fostering strong relationships within the organization. Creativity and innovation are highly valued, as the ability to generate novel solutions for improvement is essential. A comprehensive understanding of the insurance sector and sound business acumen are also necessary. Additionally, you should be able to exhibit strong teamwork skills whilst being able to work independently when required.
