Description

• Process and monitor payments and expenditures.
• Prepare and monitor the accounts payable system.
• Ensure transactions are processed in accordance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform reconciliations of processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Prepare necessary account analyses and/or reports.
• Assist in month end closing.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have:

• An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
