Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: 31,000 per annum

Responsibilities:

• Process requests and payments of goods and services using the financial system.
• Set up new suppliers and customers.
• Raise sales invoices, chase outstanding debts, and manage the collections process.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Assist with month-end procedures and financial reporting.
• Produce and update monthly reports.
• Prepare monthly payroll file for submission and assist with any payroll queries.
• Run management reports.
• Undertake any other relevant duties or instructions as directed by the line manager or Finance Director.
• Ensure all internal and external inquiries are logged and responded to accurately and promptly.
• Assist with any adhoc queries.

Essential:

• Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
• Proven 3-year experience of working within a finance role.
• Part-qualified member of CCAB.
• ICT literate with the ability to use all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Demonstrate experience of working as part of a team.

Desirable:

• Experience of using Business world/Agresso.

Technologies:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Financial system software
