They are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join the team who can work closely with the Financial Advisers and ensure their clients receive an exceptional service experience. Ideally you will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a financial planning organisation.
Based in St Helens, this role offers a welcoming, collaborative environment and the opportunity to contribute to an established practice.
Role and Responsibilities As an experienced IFA/Financial Adviser Administrator, you'll be an essential support to all IFA's and clients, handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. This is an office-based position
Key duties include: Supporting Financial Advisers by processing applications for Investment, Pensions and Protection products. Managing client records on their CRM system (Intelligent Office) and maintaining compliance standards. Preparing documentation for client meetings and following up on any required actions. Liaising with providers to gather information and ensure timelines are met. Organising and scheduling client reviews in line with service agreements. Acting as a reliable point of contact for clients, addressing non-advice queries, and keeping them updated on their cases.
