Description: | Credit Controller Leeds (4 days in office, 1 from home) Up to 32,000 per annum We are seeking a skilled and motivated Credit Controller to play a pivotal role in supporting our clients business by effectively managing debt exposure and ensuring timely payments. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and releasing customer orders. Ensuring timely payments from debtors and contacting customers for overdue payments. Logging and resolving disputed invoices or account queries. Assessing the creditworthiness of customers, including running external credit reports. Collaborating with external debtors and internal colleagues as required. Handling other ad hoc tasks as requested. Requirements: Proven experience in credit control or a related field. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with credit assessment tools and processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Package: Competitive salary, up to 32,000 per annum. One day per week remote work option. 25 days of holiday, bank holidays.
