Your new role
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will take on a diverse array of responsibilities, including:

• Analysing and reporting daily sales and margin figures, identifying any unusual trends, anomalies, or variances from budget expectations.
  
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  
• Collaborating with the team to reconcile key balance sheet accounts, including stock accounting, inter-company balances, supplier payments, customer receipts, and expenses.
  
• Ensuring payroll reports are meticulously completed, submitted to external payroll support punctually, and thoroughly checked for accuracy prior to processing payments.
  
• Supporting the preparation of VAT returns in compliance with both HMRC and Revenue Ireland regulations.
