Role: Management Accountant

Location: Remote

Type: Interim - 6 months

Salary: 250- 400 per day

Sellick Partnership currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a busy finance team for a Housing Association based in South Yorkshire.

Key responsibilities: Management Accountant

• Delivering timely, accurate and comprehensive internal financial management accounts to senior management teams
• Delivering robust analysis and commentary explaining monthly performance variances against Budgets and Forecasts
• Delivering robust analysis of actuals to ensure accurate accounting, understanding and analysis with recommendations for Senior Management
• Responsible for budgeting and forecasting
• Providing support to Finance Managers with requirements of month end ledger control and balance sheet reconciliation

Person Specification: Management Accountant

• Qualified Accountant
• Management Accounts experience including strong knowledge of forecasting and budgeting
• Previous experience working within a Housing Association is essential
