The Role:
Manage the full payment process, including vendor payments, subcontractors, and intercompany transactions.
Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely processing, with thorough verification of vendors and bank changes.
Collaborate with Internal teams to approve invoices and maintain accurate ledgers.
Forecast cash flow, resolve payment discrepancies, and produce regular financial reports.
