Responsibilities:

• Investigate and process claims in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather the necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records related to claims, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Proactively identify potential fraudulent claims and escalate them for further investigation.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and changes in insurance policies and procedures.
• Support and assist other team members to achieve team goals and targets.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Claims Handler is essential.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a must.
• Marine trade experience is desired but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy.
• Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
