Job Title: Financial Accountant

Location: Norwich with hybrid working

Salary: up to £45,000

Our client is seeking a proactive Financial Accountant to support their finance operations in a well established and forward-thinking organisation, based 10 miles outside of Norwich. In this role, you will manage key financial processes, ensure accurate and timely transaction delivery, and support the management team with essential financial insights. This position requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards in reporting, compliance, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee currency reporting, cash flow forecasting, and debt management.
• Prepare VAT returns, manage inter-company transactions, and support annual audits.
• Collaborate with various departments, including Corporate Finance, to enhance financial reporting.
• Identify process improvements and assist with implementing system efficiencies.
• Manage and support a team to ensure consistent, high-quality transactional processing.
• The successful candidate will have solid accounting experience, ideally with exposure to multi-currency ledgers. ACA/ACCA/CIMA part or fully qualified preferred or Qualified by Experience.
