My client, a highly reputable accountancy practice, are looking to add a Senior Accountant to their successful team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior Accountant:

• Managing a varied portfolio of clients
• Preparing Self-Assessment, Personal, Partnership and Corporation Tax Returns
• Assistance with Audits
• Review, support and mentor junior team members
• Work closely with bookkeeping and payroll colleagues

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Senior Accountant:

• ACCA/ACA qualified is preferred, however QBE considered
• Ideally a minimum of 5 years practice experience
• Audit and Corporate Tax experience highly desirable
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills, with the ability to translate technical matters in to simple English
• Proven ability to nurture strong client relationships
