Payroll Specialist

Bristol - Hybrid working

Ongoing temporary role - starting ASAP till 2026 - 18 months

Up to 24 per hour, depending on experience

We are working with a brilliant business based in the Bristol area who are seeking a Payroll Assistant to join them on a long-term contract role.

In this position you will be a key member of the Payroll team supporting with both UK and International Payrolls. You will be working along side an external Payroll provider to ensure the smooth running of a large Payroll.

  • Day to day will be varied but may include:
  • Supporting with payroll processing
  • Dealing with enquiries from staff members
  • Dealing with any complex queries
  • Supporting with policies and procedures
  • Project support

We are looking for someone with:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ideally have experience within Workday
  • Strong Excel ability
  • Able to pick up new processes with ease
  • A great team player adept at building relationships across different division
  • Experience in both UK and International Payroll would be ideal

You will have the chance to use your Payroll knowledge whilst also using your analytical skills and building relationships across the wider business.
