Accounts Assistant

CMA are excited to be working with an exciting business that is designing innovative products that are taking the market by storm! Their growth in the last three years in nothing short of outstanding and as they continue to evolve, they are looking to appoint a full time Accounts Assistant to play an instrumental part in their journey, taking responsibility for the day to day transactions.

What will the Accounts Assistant role involve?

• Processing customer invoices through an automated system
• Processing end to end supplier invoices through an automated system
• Reconciling multi-currency bank accounts with significant transaction volumes
• Assisting the Finance Manager in all other day to day tasks

Suitable Candidate for the Accounts Assistant vacancy:

• Evidence of strong payables experience through to supplier statement reconciliations
• Competent in sales ledger with experience of undertaking high volume bank reconciliations
• Proficient in using Xero and Excel
• Strong attention to detail is essential
