Description: | This position would ideally suit a person who is used to managing a small office environment and who has been responsible for the smooth running of the day to day business. The position is working for a well-established engineering Company in Maidenhead with the Engineers and workshop at one location in Maidenhead and the successful candidate working from serviced offices just off the Maidenhead town centre. This is a purely independent role. You would be responsible for all administrative responsibilities and first port of call for all clients old and new. The hours are working: Monday to Thursday 9am to 3pm (with a paid hour lunch) and then working 9am to 1pm on Friday. There is a possibility of extra hours being required occasionally. After the first month of training alongside the current Administrator, you will then be working on your own and, therefore, need to be self-motivated and driven as there are a lot of tasks to perform! Your key responsibilities: Oversee all office duties, from data entry and filing to managing phone calls and inquiries. What you need: Proven experience in administrative roles with solid numeracy skills.
