This particular role is at our Bakkavor Salads site, based in Bourne and specialises in preparing fruit, leafy salads, and stir fry mixes. It employs over 1,200 people and is only 16 miles from Peterborough and 12 miles from Spalding. About the role. In this busy and exciting role, you will analyse, understand and support improvements to specific areas of the factory. You will be working closely with the operations managers, operational excellence manager and wider operations team to influence decision making and drive factory efficiencies. Accountabilities
Ideally you will have previous experience of a similar role within a fast-paced food manufacturing or FMCG environment. You'll have experience of factory performance, labour efficiencies, material variance, standard costings, experience working with large data-sets, P&L and interpreting data into insights. You will be qualified or working towards relevant qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent and possess the ability to manage large volumes of data into usable formats. Excellent communication, analytical, customer service and excel skills will be key. What you'll receive.
