Accounts Assistant

We are delighted to be supporting an outstanding organisations who work within the charitable/third sector with their search for experienced Accounts Assistants.

There are two roles available - 1 x 12 month FTC and 1 x Permanent role.

In order to be successful in securing the role, you must have previous experience dealing with both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties.

Duties will include:

- End to end accounts payable process

- Match, code and process high volume invoices

- Prepare weekly payment runs

- Invoice queries

- Statement and bank reconciliations

- Perform credit checks

- Raise sales invoices

- Post journal entries

- Allocate cash

This is a full time position at 35 hours per week with hybrid working available.

Salary on offer is between 26,000 and 27,500pa.
