Part Time Financial Controller

Well-established family-run Property Investment and Development company in North London
Seeks experienced Part Time Accountant for a key position in the company
Overseeing day to day Accounting and Administration.

Reporting to the owner and external FD, you will be an experienced Financial Controller / Finance Manager / Senior Bookkeeper seeking a hands-on but varied role including:

• Day to day bookkeeping on Xero - sales ledger, purchase ledger and reconciliations
• Office administration including arranging insurance etc
• Property administration including completion statements for developments
• Oversee financial aspects of Joint Ventures

This part time role is 3 days, all in the office in North London.

You should have experience in the Property Development sector.
