MPJ Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading insurance business based in the Bolton area, who are looking to expand their claims team. Therefore, we are on the lookout for experienced customer service individuals or claims handlers with experience working in a similar role with recent or similar experience.

In regard to our client, they are a renowned insurance/claims company who are specialists within motor, property and commercial claims.

Customer Service Claims Handler Job duties:

• Provide point of contact customer service for incoming vehicle collision alerts
• Assess the fulfilment solutions applicable to the situation
• Appoint Suppliers
• Invoicing and Credit Control of suppliers
• Manage the customers full expectations
• Keep Customers and other key stakeholders fully updated
• Consistently provide outstanding customer service, ensuring the process is as stress-free as possible for the customer
• Investigate complaints
