Description: | Paying up to £38k + 35 hour working week + 33 days holiday + bank holidays + predominantly home-based This Manchester-based Housing Association is looking for an experienced Rent Analyst to join them on a 6 month FTC. The role is offering up to £38k and is predominantly home-working with one day a week based in the office. The role is 35 hours per week and the company offers 33 days holiday + Bank Holidays (pro-rata). THE ROLE The role is to support the Income Manager to ensure the Income Team maintains full compliance with all relevant fiscal regulatory and statutory requirements in a timely and accurate manner. You will provide statistical analysis for rent charging and rent collection to ensure that all data is accurate and up to date. You will work alongside the Service Charge Finance Business Partner to ensure that rents and service charges are aligned. Key responsibilities:
THE CANDIDATE You will be a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA/CIPFA) or someone that has extensive experience working within finance. You will ideally have experience working within housing or property and have experience with rents but this is not essential. Excellent IT skills are essential, including advanced use of Excel and the ability to analyse large complex data sets to produce reports and deliver information to a range of audiences.
