Manage hard asset portfolios and complex, high-value cases.
Chase arrears, set up payment plans, and collaborate with the Business Support Manager.
Maintain accurate client records in compliance with GDPR.
Coordinate with legal service suppliers and third-party agents.
Escalate issues and complaints promptly.
Adhere to Time Finance plc's data protection, compliance, and HR policies.
Ensure customer matters are handled efficiently and fairly, in line with FCA requirements.
Required Experience:
2 years in credit control.
Knowledge of FCA requirements.
Financial data interpretation skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Effective negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
