Reviewing invoices received from stakeholders and clients
Ensure an accurate payment list is prepared in a timely way.
Overseeing and clearing refunds for customers and clients.
Ensure that all incorrect and incomplete invoices are corrected and completed.
Self-motivated and able to work independently, and cross functionally.
Implementing specific action plans and processes.
Working with multi-currencies
What you'll need to succeed
Experience dealing with high volume and value invoices.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, on the phone and via email.
Brilliant attention and accuracy to detail.
Experience working with multi-currencies
Experience working within a global company
